Vintage 1958 Schmidt MACK Truck

 Walter and Ann Schmidt founded Schmidt Construction in 1931.

The company quickly grew by providing essential materials and construction services for major infrastructure projects within Colorado.

The Edw. C. Levy Company, a privately held company in Detroit, Michigan acquired Schmidt Construction in 1985. Since its acquisition, Levy has invested heavily in road construction, site development, asphalt production and aggregate mining operations. Levy has also funded the company’s expansion into Douglas County and Metropolitan Denver.
